I ordered from Robosen, and the whole delivery experience was frustrating. The tracking barely updated, so I had no real idea where my package was, and it showed up much later than expected. When I reached out to support, the replies were vague and felt like they were coming from some automated system instead of an actual person who could help. I really hate getting stuck in that loop when something has already gone wrong. Overall, it was just annoying, and I’m not sure I’d order from them again.

I bought this hoping it would actually help my kid get into robotics, but i wish I’d looked into it more before spending the money. It’s fun for a little while, but it feels more like an expensive toy than something educational. The app doesn’t really walk you through much, and there isn’t much in the way of actual teaching or explanations. If you’re buying it mainly for learning, I’d be careful and maybe compare other options first.

I was trying to finish my order, but the checkout page kept freezing on me. Every time I entered my card info, it just wouldn’t move forward, which was frustrating.

I’m really not happy with this purchase. It didn’t feel worth the money, and when I reached out for support, the response was way too slow (which just made the whole thing more frustrating). i kind of regret buying it.

What’s frustrating is that it’ll work perfectly one time, then the next time it gets stuck for no obvious reason, so I never really know what to expect.
For the price, I really thought it would feel more dependable. Support was fine and tried to help, but I still feel a little nervous every time I start the transformation now. I wanted to love it more than I do, because the look and idea are great, but the shaky performance is hard to ignore.

the battery barely lasts at all. after just a few minutes it’s pretty much useless, which is really frustrating.

I bought this from robosen.com and, not gonna lie, the setup was a mess right from the jump. The app kept refusing to pair, Bluetooth would connect and then randomly drop like it was being controlled by some secret anti-fun department, and the instructions were basically just there for decoration.

I tried all the usual stuff too, restarted my phone, deleted and reinstalled the app, fully charged the thing, even gave it a little “please just work” speech. It eventually got going, but it took way too long and never felt totally stable. For something this expensive, it really shouldn’t feel like you’re trying to crack a government code just to use it

The remote takes so long to respond that it gets frustrating fast. It’s not even about expecting it to be instant or fancy, it just makes using the thing feel clunky and kind of ruins the experience.

The price felt fair for what I got. I mean, who doesn’t like feeling like they got decent value without overpaying?

It looked cool at first, so I was excited to check it out!! But for the price, I expected it to feel a bit more special as a collectible. The packaging was fine, but overall it just doesn’t seem like something that’s going to hold much value over time

I got annoyed waiting because the updates were not clear at all. I don’t have the patience to keep guessing where my order is or what’s happening with it...

I really wanted to be more into this, but the design just doesn’t feel totally right to me. Some parts look close, then other details come off kind of toy-like, especially for what it costs. It works fine and it looks decent sitting on a shelf, but as a fan I was a little disappointed. Anyway

I went on robosen.com ready to buy something, and of course the one item I actually wanted was out of stock?! The other options were either preorder only or just not available at all. I checked back a few times thinking maybe it would change, but nope, same situation. Frustrating when the site shows off all these products, but you can’t actually buy any of them.

My robot started having an issue after only a few months, so I reached out to Robosen to get it repaired. They did answer me, so I’ll give them that, but it was slow and I had to follow up a couple times just to figure out what was even happening.
They did fix it in the end, but the whole thing felt kinda all over the place and took way longer than I figured it would. For something that costs this much, I expected the support side to be a lot smoother. Not terrible, but yeah, not great either...

Well... it’s a cool-looking product and it’s fun to use, but the build quality isn’t quite what I expected. A few parts feel a little loose, and the plastic seems to mark up easily. For the price, I thought it would feel sturdier. It still works fine, but I can’t say I’m totally happy with it.
